Sally Mustang

Sometimes very special opportunities find you in the most uncertain times. Sometimes the calling of one's soul becomes too loud to ignore. Sometimes all things fall into line and allow what was meant to be. Sally, Sarah, Teddi, Xoè and Daisy through your time, energy and love, you provided a space full of healing potential, safety and trust for myself and 18 other women from around the world. The path that led my way began along the journey from USA to Bali, meeting another American in Taiwan for 4.5 hours who was headed to meet Sally as well. To being seated next to her on the flight. To Sally not feeling well and showing up for us all regardless. To morning yoga with Sarah, one of the loveliest humans I've ever met. To conversations with Teddi over dinner that will stay with me forever. To powerful sound baths with Xoè who I believe is an ancient woman blessing this world with her presence. Then there was Daisy and the stars and our inner child work. Four days is all it took for healing to take place. 4 days is all it took to remember it's okay for me to take up space, to exist. To know I can let the family pain go, that it was so heavy. I could put it down, (thank you Teddi). In 4 days there were flower offerings, blessings for the earth, waterfall splashing, incredible food, so many hugs and so many tears. There was love, understanding and deep respect. Sarah taught us about ribbon yoga and its healing. I brought home a necklace made by Xoè. In the span of 4 days this group of women gave me the chance to know and love 18 women who formed a sisterhood. I came home fully loving myself. Sally, you are a powerful force. You are walking in your beauty. Thank you for leading the way. For showing up completely as you are. You are so loved. Thank you. Sally Mustang, Sarah, Teddi, Xoè, Daisy...
